Recap: ADO.NET Provider-palooza

This time last week we had just started sinking our teeth into an deep dive discussion on all things ADO.NET vNext. Looking back, I think the meetings were an enormous success - my thanks to everyone at Microsoft, and particularily David Sceppa for organizing this and for his unscheduled trip to the Microsoft store on my behalf.

I'll echo the comments of the SQLite participant - Microsoft's strenuous efforts to closely involvel third-party vendors provides a better foundation for the Entity Framework. Over the next while and as the Entity Framework hits various milestones, in particular the upcoming LINQ CTP, I will be able to go into more detail as to the full potential of ADO.NET vNext.
